Samuel Clemens AFJROTC (TX-82nd) held its midterm Change of Command Ceremony where Cadet Colonel Emma Alanis relinquished command, and Cadet Colonel Andrew Hunt assumed command. Cadet Alanis led the TX-82nd during the Fall Semester 2024, and Cadet Hunt is charged to lead the TX-82nd during the Spring Semester 2025.
The Master of Ceremony of the event was Cadet Erhin Lamont, and Cadet Brian Hardy played the National Anthem on his clarinet. The Color Guard Detail was Cadet John Colburn (US Flag), Cadet Nicholas Lange (US Flag Rifle), Cadet Sierra Prince (TX Flag), and Cadet Angel Martinez-Leon (TX Rifle). The TX-82nd Corps Flag Bearer for the Change of Command was Cadet Andre Cardona.
