Where do the students go when the exam is during their lunch? (Wednesday & Thursday)

  • Any student who remains on campus will report to the cafeteria.

  • 11th and 12th-grade students with an off-campus ID may leave during this time. Students who do NOT have an off-campus ID will report to the cafeteria.

  • Teachers and Administrators will be assigned times to supervise students in the cafeteria.

  • If students have lunch during exam time, they can be checked out by a parent or guardian on Wednesday, December 18th, during 4th period, or Thursday, December 19th, during 6th period.

The students' check-out process will occur on Wednesday, December 18th (4th period), and Thursday, December 19th (6th period).

To facilitate student sign-out during the last two days of semester exams, we have developed the following process:

  • Parents or guardians will complete the online “Check Out Pass Request” Google form, which will be emailed on December 2nd. The form must be completed by December 13th.

  • Students will receive their release pass on the day they are released to leave the campus.

  • Parents/Guardians will wait for their student outside in the parking lot.

  • Students will not be allowed to leave exam periods, and we will not interrupt classrooms during testing time out of respect for all testers. We will not call into any classes during test windows for any reason unless it is an emergency. Students will have to wait until the end of the testing window to be checked out.
