A safety campaign graphic with the message: "Avoid Threat Regret: Think Before You Speak." The phrase emphasizes the importance of thoughtful communication to prevent harm or threats. Below the message is the hashtag #KeepSCUCSafe written in bold and stylized text. At the bottom, the logos for Schertz Police Texas and Cibolo Police are prominently displayed, signifying collaboration between local law enforcement and the community for safety. The design uses clean fonts and a white background for clarity and impact.

SCUC has partnered with Schertz Police Department and Cibolo Police Department to educate students and parents on the serious consequences of making threats.

As of this year, 18 students have been detained by local law enforcement due to these incidents. Our new campaign video, "Avoid Threat Regret: Think Before You Speak," featuring our SROs and students, aims to raise awareness on why every threat is taken seriously.

Four students sit together on cafeteria tables, smiling and relaxed. They are casually dressed and represent a diverse group.

Students in grades 5-12 will be watching this video during an assembly at their schools this week. Watch here:
