The mission of the SCUCISD Finance Department is to provide the financial resources necessary for the success of the faculty, staff and students of our district by maintaining exceptional fiscal, financial and internal controls to ensure protection of district assets.  As a part of our efforts, SCUCISD is maintaining this website to provide the community with more direct access to information.  We are committed to providing more transparent financial information in a format that is both easily accessible and understandable.

The information provided is in accordance with the Texas Comptroller of Public Account's Transparency Star Program criteria for local governments.  A program designed to recognize entities for going above and beyond their transparency efforts and who open their books to the public; provide clear consistent pictures of spending; and share information in a user-friendly format.

Booster & Parent Teacher Club Resources

The focus is to help build a strong moral character and academic excellence in each student by promoting sportsmanship, personal responsibility and teamwork. The aim is to enrich the schools' programs by providing financial support through our parent volunteers, booster club members , community sponsors, fundraising and donations. Together we provide continued support to our students year after year to sustain a long history of excellence.

(Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund)

The State of Texas released ESSER III Federal Funds (Elementary and Secondary Schools Emergency Relief Funds) to Texas public schools. This money has been allocated to states under the American Rescue Plan Act. The purpose of these federal funds is to address school district needs, including learning loss, related to COVID-19.
