Hello Watts Family!!! My name is Kim Nipper and I have the honor of serving as the school counselor at Watts Elementary School.  I was raised here in Cibolo and attended SCUC schools from kindergarten through high school.  After teaching music for 18 years (16 of those here at Watts), I found a love for helping students grow socially and emotionally.  I am passionate about seeing EVERY student thrive!  I am married and have two wonderful children of my own.  We love to go camping on the weekends, and I love to be outdoors in my garden.  

The counseling program at Watts Elementary encourages academic, social, and career development. I serve as an advocate for ALL students.  As your professional school counselor, I will advocate, collaborate, and facilitate individual and systemic change to ensure every student has the knowledge and skills necessary for academic success and personal growth. My role as a school counselor is one of the most rewarding roles I have, and I am excited about working with students, teachers, the administrative team, parents, and the community.
