Application is a One Time Process

• Letters will go out to campuses the last week of February.

• Application must be returned to the campus by March 7, 2025.

• Parents will be notified by March 14, 2025 by mail.

• Students with no Attendance/Discipline Concerns will receive automatic approvals from the Director of Students Services.

• Students needing review will be reviewed by the Director of Student Services and Executive Director of Education.
  

We are still currently accepting Non-Employee Student Transfer Request forms for the 2024-2025 school year. Please click the link below to complete and submit the form for review to determine if the request meets any of our acceptable reasons per board-approved policies.

April 4, 2025-July 14, 2025

Must be completed annually

• Email and message on Parent Square will go out April 1, 2025 that NON-Employee transfer link will open on April 4, 2025*.

• Email & message on Parent Square will go out on April 4, 2025 that the Non-Employee transfer link is open and live for 2025-2026 transfers.

February 24-July 14, 2025

Must be completed annually
Must be completed within the timeline or 30 days from hire date for New Hires
Campus PEIMS cannot register/activate students until the Employee Transfer has been approved

• Email & message on Parent Square will go out on February 21, 2025 to all employees informing them that the 2025-2026 Employee Transfer Application in Eduphoria will open on February 24, 2025.

• Email & message on Parent Square will go out on February 24, 2025 that the link is now live for Employees to submit their 2025-2026 transfer request.
