Hello! My name is Jennifer Sherman.
I am so happy to be a part of the  RGES team! Go Owls!

A little about me...

I have earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word, and a M.Ed. in School Counseling from Lamar University. I am certified as an EC-4 generalist and ESL teacher, and am also certified as an EC-12 School Counselor. I was an elementary school teacher for 16 years prior to becoming a Professional School Counselor. This will be my 6th year as an Elementary School Counselor, and my 4th year here at Rose Garden Elementary.

My primary role is to help ALL students reach their full potential by providing a comprehensive school counseling program that meets their academic, social/emotional, and career development needs. I will be conducting monthly classroom guidance lessons, and am available to meet with students individually and in small groups as needed.

I am a mother to two girls, both attending schools in SCUCISD.

I look forward to a FANTASTIC 24-25 school year!
