It is an honor to be the Principal at Corbett Junior High.  I am truly grateful and excited to serve in this role.  I look forward to supporting all students, staff, and community members.  The 2023-2024 school year marked my 25th year in education and my 12th year in administration.  Working with children is my passion and that passion is reignited each school year as new challenges and opportunities for growth present themselves.

Here at Corbett JH, our students, staff, and community members are truly one family.  I believe that with a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and good character anyone can achieve great things.  We are all here to learn together.  My goal is to provide a safe and educational learning environment that challenges all students.  As a staff, we will work collaboratively to serve each student’s individual needs.  We will prioritize safety and strong student achievement.

Outside of work, I am the proud mother of three beautiful children.  My oldest Kinsley is 13, Kenna 11, and Kyron 9.  They all attend SCUC schools.  My husband is currently the Head Girls’ Basketball Coach at Clemens High School.   I love spending time watching my kids compete in basketball, soccer, and football.

I am honored to be serving in the role of Assistant Principal here at Corbett Junior High. This will be my fourteenth year in education, and my fifth year in Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD as an administrator. I believe that this is the best community in which to live and work, and that together we can accomplish amazing things. My goal is to provide a safe and caring environment for students and staff to learn and grow together. I am so excited to join the Corbett family and support our campus in this role!

I graduated from Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, before going on to attain my Masters of Education and my Masters of Arts in Humanities. Outside of work I am an avid reader, wife to another life-long educator, and passionate member of our growing community.
